JOB ROLE

1

Process

*Manage Goods Receiving, Goods Out

Goods Receiving
- Check ASN schedule and prepare team for delivery
- Manage Good receiving and GIT clearance
- Manage VAS activity
- Binning of received goods in back store

Goods Out
- Manage Consolidation of goods from floor
- Manage Sorting and packing in backstore
- Manage good Loading in truck
- RTW on Non trading stocks
- Identify expired stocks and remove from floor
- Direct Segregation and store expired stock in back store
- Consolidation of goods from floor. Ship out and confirm to Concept office
- Manage and provide tester stickers post approval from Concept
- Collect exhausted testers and send to WH

Process

* Manage Shrink, Audit and Stock take / Stock counting processes

* Manage Shrink
- Co-develop and execute shrinkage action plan
- Ensure adherence to SOP
- Ensure all merchandize in back store is kept in backstore as per predefined norms
- For products on RFID, ensure weekly RFID count and threshold variance check at the time of posting for weekly adjustment in inventory
- Ensure all fragile stocks are displayed on the floor
- Ensure all damages are declared on a fortnightly basis
- Ensure hard tagging execution for GOH merchandize and NF followed as per tagging SOP
- Ensure soft tag execution for merchandize as per tagging SOP
- Ensure Shortage, Excess, Damages are processed daily as per SOP
- Ensure negative inventory is actioned as per SOP and PI counts done as per schedule
- Ensure SOPs for returnable gate pass, and all related documentation is strictly followed when releasing merchandize for marketing

RFID
- Manage Pre-cycle checks
- Manage Cycle Count/Re-count
- Review results and preparation of shrinkage action plan
- Manage Replenishment and put away

PI
- Post Stock Count results in SIM
- Sign off on results and CO-develop/execute shrinkage action plan

Audit
- Manage all the inventory in out documentations (SED)

Process

* Replenish from stock room to sales floor
- Complete recommended VAS activities as per Concept standards and priority of replenishment
-  Ensure WGLL guidelines and date checking guidelines are followed where necessary
- Fitting Room (Collect segregated stock and take to floor)
- Liase with brand specialist on daily intake productivity                                                          
- Liase with specialist for gondola support  requirements

*Execute Markdown
- Schedule task and ensure tools and consumables in place
- Identify and sort products for labelling
- Print and paste was/now

Process

*Manage Stockroom standards
- Provide Concept specific rules and WGLL guidelines
- Monitor stock holding capacity and stock holding on regular basis and ensure inwards in line with capacity planning
- Stockroom upkeep as per Concept guidelines

Omni/Digital

*Manage Omni Operations

C&C
- Timely receiving of C&C orders in system
- Proper binning of C&C orders
- Retrieving order and marking collected
- Monitoring and marking orders uncollected

RTS
-Proper storage and binning of E-comm exclusives
- RTW as per agreed timelines

Fulfill from store
- Regular checking of SAHLA device to track orders received
- Pick, pack, consolidate

- Manage SVI

Process

* Manage instore Customer Service and Queries
- Support shop floor standards such as housekeeping
- Manage Availability of trolley, shopping bag, staff, security & house keeping 
- Managing process of Customer returns (fitting rooms)  properly tagged and return to each concept for trading

People

* Staff Training & Development
- Review and provide regular feedback on Generalist staff’s performance against expectations
- Train all generalist staff to ensure Compliance to CP and Concept SOPs

People

* Deployment for all Generalist staff
-  Support the Business Manager in planning the overall ROTA plan for the Operations Team - Manage the staff headcount availability during Peak/Non-Peak Timings
- Manage the distribution of Generalist Staff
- Liaise with the Concepts to Fill in Gaps due to attrition or additional workload
