Job Description
1. Strategy planning
Lead, facilitate, formulate and prepare the overall strategy, objectives, KPIs and annual plans and support strategy formulation projects across the organization in line with priority areas in line with the Dubai Plan.
Act as the focal point to coordinate/facilitate the successful implementation of the device's strategy and transformation.
2. Search and information
Collect data/information from all audit departments on various topics/issues and produce research/studies on governance/controls/risks and other information related to assignment and responsibilities.
3. Risk Management
Develop a comprehensive risk management framework based on Dubai Government risk areas and monitor its implementation.
Taking into account all precautionary measures related to risks, disasters, health, safety and business continuity in accordance with the instructions issued by the relevant authorities and preparing their policies.
4. project management
· Organize and participate in local, regional and international awareness activities (e.g. seminars, knowledge exchange sessions, etc.).
5. Performance Management
· Monitoring strategy implementation, measuring outcomes and making recommendations.
· Arranging the sequence and communicating the overall strategy, objectives and key performance indicators to all the agency’s departments and individuals in the form of strategic scorecards to effectively enable the achievement of the agency’s overall vision and objectives. Monitor strategic performance indicators and ensure adequate monitoring.
6. Governance
· Lead the preparation of the agency’s overall governance framework, including committee formation, charters, structure, composition and reporting.
· Maintain and monitor the device's procedures, policies and procedures manuals and update these manuals.
