Introduction to the role
Porsche Middle East and Africa, is looking to add a team member with energy, drive and initiative to our Sales Department. This role requires competencies including strong analytic and planning skills and the ability to manage and visualize data. We seek a motivated team player with attention to detail to contribute to the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Volume Planning: Analysis of market and competition within the Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE (PME) region. Conduct short-term and long-term volume planning and budget planning for all markets across the PME region. Planning of production demand and securing of ideal product supply for the importers of the sales region.
Sales Reporting: Develop and update internal and external sales reports for new and used cars, including options turnover, stock overview, order bank and production information. Monitor the sales performance and further develop internal and external planning and reporting processes.
Order Management: Handle the order management process as main point of contact to our business partners for any ordering related topic. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order placements. Management of special vehicles and special cases. Assist Press and Training departments in coordinating press releases and training vehicles.
Allocation Management: Handle and process allocation change requests internally and externally across all markets, including handling special car allocations.
System Management: Maintenance and support of sales systems including system user management.
Incentive Planning and Reporting: Support the planning, implementation, controlling and reporting of incentive programs and the associated budget allocations.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria
Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of study (Master degree preferred).
>3-4 years of working experience in Automotive industry –Experience in Sales and/or Planning is an advantage.
Knowledge of automotive value chain and key processes.
Excellent data management and visualization skills –MS Power BI experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills and team working ability.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of proficiency in English –German is an advantage.
