Key Deliverables:
Visa Management of Dubai office Employees.
Branch Accounts Management.
Public Service Management.
Vehicle Leasing.
Office Maintenance Coordination.
Execute Prysmian Group HR Policies.
Single Point of Contact for Internal external affairs.
Reception Management.
Manage Dubai office general Email address and distribute the enquires to the right people.
Manage the telephone calls and redirect to the right employees.
Branch Bank Account Management.
You will be responsible for travel coordination.
Hotel Bookings for incoming and outgoing employees of Prysmian Group.
Concordia services coordination ( Parking Card, Building Access, Security Services etc).
Office Supplies Management.
IT Coordination.
Courier Management.
Trade license management.
Medical insurance and business insurance.
Office attendance maintenance.
Telephone Services management ( new connection, bill payment, etc).
You will be responsible for branch Budget and control.
Any other adhoc related to administration and support.
Qualifications:
BSc in Administration or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of Administration concepts and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
