Role Overview:
The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and executing workplace strategies that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and productivity. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to optimize the workplace environment and lead initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and innovation. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical implementation to drive positive workplace transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Workplace Strategy: Craft a comprehensive workplace strategy aligned with the organization's values & culture, focusing on enhancing employee experience and productivity.
Inclusive Work Environment: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employee's working styles.
Employee Well-being: Design and implement well-being programs that prioritize physical and mental health, fostering a healthy work-life balance and enhancing employee resilience.
Workplace Design and Infrastructure: lead the facilities team to optimize office layouts, design, and amenities to create a stimulating and comfortable workplace.
Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of workplace initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams and departments to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Change Management: Manage and support workplace transitions, such as relocations or remote work adaptations, ensuring a smooth change process for employees.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers related to workplace experience to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or Construction
Knowledge of ergonomics would stand out for us - and we would definitely want to meet you!
Proven experience (8+ years) in workplace strategy, or related roles, preferably in a tech or innovative industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of current trends in workplace design, technology, and employee experience.
Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing environment.
