Job Description
A Multinational Comapny is looking forward to hire a HR Lead that will be leading the Country HR strategy and execution. Someone will be a member of the Country Leadership Team and GCC Human Resources team, leading Country HR team. She will be responsible for advising UAE business leaders with the organization’s people and talent strategies and by providing effective HR solutions and services.
Requirements:
Partner with business leaders to build and drive implementation of HR strategy in the areas of talent management, employee development, culture & employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, total compensation management, performance management.
Drive organizational and cultural transformation to support Company global, regional and country business strategy
Implement efficient employee engagement and retention practices
Support the company in being seen as an employer of choice in their markets and support initiatives to attract key talent to the company.
Ensure effective compliance with employment legislation, and supporting effective employee relations
Drive continued transformation in HR Operating model; identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and tools.
Collaborate effectively with all HR colleagues and other support functions to ensure effective support of the businesses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and the Levant HR community.
