What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role, you will primarily:
Provide financial, analytical, budget, and month-end support and interact cross-functionally within and outside of Finance.
Financial planning and analysis of headcount and operating expenses, supporting the financial forecast, annual budgeting, long-range plan, and quarterly close processes
Assisting the planning and analysis of the pipeline portfolio and providing financial support for valuations
Developing executive-level communications and gathering and interpreting data for decision-making support
Working cross-functionally across several partner groups
Performing ad hoc financial analysis and supporting special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of finance/accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of corporate-level and dynamic finance and/or accounting experience
Financial education is strongly preferred
Relevant functional financial planning experience
Knowledge of key finance systems (such as SAP, MS Office, Hyperion planning and reporting systems)
Diligent with strong intuition for business, and dynamic quantitative/analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in team environment
Proficient in balancing multiple projects concurrently under time
Team orientation with communication skills; ability to influence personnel across functions and level
