What you will enjoy doing
You will work closely with the Cluster Management in defining and implementing Business Strategy and driving performance of the Merchant business in the Cluster
There will be a close cooperation with REE Internal controls and Corporate Internal Audit teams in performing audits and quickly implementing all recommendations
In addition, you will continuously strengthen internal controls, by establishing guidelines, improving internal control processes, procedures and upgrading systems
Under your responsibility will be also all financial operations of all Merchant business entities, including financial accounting, controlling and reporting, financial planning, fiscal procedures, cash flow management, financing, cost control and investment management
You will initiate and drive projects to improve the financial performance of the Merchant business in the Cluster
And you will build up and continuously develop a strong team
What makes you great
You own more than 10 years professional experience in FiCo within an international environment
You have 5+ years’ experience of leading international, multifunctional teams
Fluency in English is mandatory
In addition, you have relevant financial education as well as state-of-the-art finance and controlling skills
You provide strong analytical skills and ability to quickly identify critical issues to be solved
Further, you have a high level of cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
You possess strong communication skills
You are able to professionally manage stakeholders on all levels
