Job Description

Job Summary.
Develop strong business relationships with key internal/external customer accounts and NOV sales organization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling customer inquiries and orders.
Assist in providing outstanding customer service
PN identification, quotations and clarifications.
Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective
use of resources and equipment
Order processing in Glovia and follow-up on orders to ensure we deliver on time.
Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Ability to work unsupervised, planning and correlating data analysis

Knowledge of Product and Service
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
5+ years’ experience preferably in relevant field
Order processing experience
Working knowledge in Glovia or similar ERP system
Oil and Gas, Manufacturing experience preferred
