Job Description:
Achieve the delivery schedule of the project in the designated Region
Coordinate on site activities between all the domains involved
Coordinate with the Border Guard for access, reporting or communication
Communicate with the PMO in Riyadh for support and ensure reporting of progress, risks and issues
Reporting to the Operations Manager for any issues that requires escalation and put in place recovery plan for those issues
Maximise the opportunities for synergies with other domains and savings across work packages
Assist in relevant project reviews
To be responsible for the Full Capability delivery and Integration of all deliverables on the borders (Civil Works, Engineering, Rollout, O&S), encompassing Testing, IV&V and Acceptance.
Overseeing, Communicating, monitoring and mitigating the schedule of the respective deliverables and services (Rollout, Training and O&S are expected to be conducted either by an in-house team or sub-contractors)
Acting as the interface / point of contact to the Border Guard stakeholders in particular the Regional Border Guard Officers, up to the Regional Commander
To be the focal point for all issues within his area of responsibility towards the BG, as well as towards the Operations Manager and Domain managers
Conducting successfully the acceptance of the respective deliverables (sites, products and services)
