KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implements annual marketing strategy and operating plans
- Develop strategies and business plans related to channel/trade spending/distribution strategy, category management, merchandising strategy, pricing plans, for multiple trade classes
- Responsible for financial KPI & SOM target delivery on brand/product line
- Manage media, consumer, market research, product Development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand /product line
- Manage media production process and budget
- Present to customers on NPDs
- Manage business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting
- Manage the full A&P of on brand/product line
- Lead multi-functional projects with Retail Marketing, Customer Development and CS&L teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing or related fields
