You will:
Source & screen qualified candidates, incl. technical screening questions about our technological stack, ensuring a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
Identify top candidates, including talent for relocation to Abu Dhabi
Pitch our mission and work to candidates, motivating them to join LIQUiDITY
Work closely with hiring managers to find the right people for their teams, while decreasing the time they need to spend on recruitment
Source candidates for specialized technical roles including but not limited to data scientists, developers, and engineers through independent sourcing, job posts, and external recruitment companies
Implement efficiencies to ensure a robust recruitment process, meeting recruitment KPIs
Work closely with internal/external stakeholders (including recruitment companies and tech networks) to ensure a seamless onboarding process for recruited candidates
You have:
A lot of motivation to find the right people for the right roles!
Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector
Technical background with the ability to understand and explain artificial intelligence/machine learning/data development pipelines
Hands-on experience with a creative approach to sourcing (LinkedIn recruiter, direct outreach, etc.)
2+ years of experience in global technical recruitment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to build a solid network
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
A sales orientation
