We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing R&D Center in Abu Dhabi, backed by ADIO.
You love working as part of a global team, managing all financial transactions, including accounts receivables and payables, and supporting company Finance. You are organized, have a passion for accounting, and have a knack for numbers. You have experience and interest in working in a global team, in a fast-paced work environment.
You will:
Manage ongoing reconciliations with receivables and payables
Prepare and manage monthly payments
Record and issue invoices
Manage credit card reconciliation
Manage employees’ travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies
Assisting with the monthly and quarterly closing process including vendor reconciliation, trial balance, and tax returns
Work with the external auditors
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks
You have:
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
A degree in Accounting or a related field
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail
You:
Take pride in how organized you are
Can work independently and as part of a global team
Amazing at Excel
Are willing to work as part of a global team
