VMS Marketing Manager, Stada, Jeddah, KSA

About this role:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. As Marketing Manager Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) category, you will be responsible for the effective deployment of local and global strategies. You will also provide execution leadership across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Responsible for developing STADA’s VMS portfolio strategy in Saudi Arabia including identifying new opportunities (internal and external) and preparing business cases including forecast and pricing, artwork development (along with regulatory team) and follow up on launch planning.

For existing VMS brands - develop, adapt, and refine marketing strategy and plans based on consumer and customer insights.

Closely collaborate with commercial, regulatory, finance, and supply functions for complete business ownership.

Regular monthly field visits, training, and other support for field team.

Budget & sales planning as well as monitoring of inventories and ranges.

Independent A&P budget planning and KPI driven execution of activities.

Management of agencies including creation of agency briefings for various marketing measures in the online and offline area.

Continuous competition analysis including derivation of adequate counter measures.

Regular presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

This position is available to be based from the STADA office in Saudi Arabia.

Bachelor’s Degree in medical / pharmaceutical field.

MBA, master’s degree and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related fields from a reputable university will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic).

5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with >2 years’ experience managing VMS products.

Previous experience in Saudi market.

Experience in digital marketing.

Strong financial capabilities and business acumen.

Well-developed PowerPoint, excel and analytical skills such as exposure to using IQVIA data to track performance and provide market insights.

Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in working with external stakeholders and other internal business functions at all levels of seniority and different cultures.
