Vacancy Title: Lead Service Technician (Fire Rescue Safety)

What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Lead all Service Engineers
Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to develop monthly schedule
Open and test the safety products, this includes weighing and repacking the equipment
Ensuring all service, repair, maintenance, installation, and testing work is completed
Raise suggestions to improve our products and processes
Conducts job assessment of team members
Allocating work schedule to team members and self
Completes and ensures risk assessments are completed
Write up reports following the inspection and tests, submit to the admin team for processing

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
Up to 5 years’ experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical Lead or Senior Service roles
Experience with fire extinguishers, fixed fire suppression systems, breathing apparatus, fire hose testing and all fire related equipment
Educated to high school level or equivalent
Valid driver’s licence
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Appetite to deliver work schedule
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Willing to travel as and when required
