Supply Chain Execution Manager, Electrolux, Dubai, UAE

A Typical Day

Ensure Management commitment and execution in terms of Business call numbers is delivered on a monthly basis.

Be an integral part of the S&OP across various operating factory groups

Partner with Sales, Product Line, Marketing and Finance to develop operating model and service level agreements and to drive improvement of planning assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify deviations and issues for short term & long-term planning.

Create the process workflows, define standard operating procedures driving the operational efficiencies and bringing the process optimizations.

Owning Supply Chain KPI of customer satisfaction, order processing, delivery services, inventory control, allocation processes in collaboration with relevant departments.

Partnering with the Demand Planning to manage the demand vs supply variations

Oversee the overall processing of warehouse managed by a 3PL. Establish operational goals and timelines and drive teams to deliver according to cost and service goals.

Define and lead initiatives, activities for specific operations projects / strategies

Execute projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders

Provide daily operational support to the team and ad hoc requests

Communicate and escalate operational performance, and opportunities / recommendations

Ensuring compliance with regional standards and local policies & practices

Managing and coaching team to drive continuous improvement of the planning process and manage Performance Development for direct reports

Provides continuous feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction

 

Who You Are

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field

5+ years of experience in supply chain, with experience in planning, logistics and customer service in B2B business

2+ years of experience in leading, growing and developing teams

Good knowledge of S&OP and ERP Planning modules

Project management experience, including Lean Six Sigma and/or Green Belt certification

Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines in changing business environment

Detail oriented, structured and very good analytical skills

Ability to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

You’re dynamic, proactive and decisive, with an ability to collaborate across functions to drive value.
