About the role
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Ensure shipping documents are properly filed
Track, prioritize and route orders with our CRM tool
Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
Collaborate with other departments such as warehouse and purchasing in order to optimize the processes
Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
Plan and supervise the shipments from production to the end-user
Report to management on a regular basis
About you
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology or other relevant field
1-2 years experience in customer service will be appreciated
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel )
First experience with an ERP system (f.e. SAP, MS Navision/AX, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken English skills (German or Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
