Reports to: Regional HRD AME with a dotted line reporting to the GM of Developing Markets
Part of the AME HR Leadership team
Individual Contributor role
Responsible for the full breadth of HR activities within your scope you’ll be the person we look to for guidance on all things people-related. You’re guaranteed pace and variety. You could be advising on employee relations, policy, procedure or local legislation. You might be coaching senior leaders one day then working with universities the next. Either way, you’ll be our go-to expert.
You’ll succeed because…
