Head of Sales - SMB, Bespin Global, Riyadh, KSA

We're looking for an Head of Sales - SMB - Riyadh to join our world-class team and help drive cloud solutions to our clients.

Head of Sales - SMB - Riyadh will be responsible to develop and implement the SMB sales strategy in the KSA market. The Head of Sales - SMB will be responsible to drive sales growth, build relationship and develop brand awareness in the Saudi market.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Create a sales SMB strategy for the Saudi market

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status

Maximizing business opportunities by conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis

Create product-marketing plans with key events and activities to achieve sales demand creation

Sales Execution:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Build Saudi solid reliable pipeline

Customer Management:

Promote Bespin Global and develop brand awareness

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values

Required Education & Experience:

Minimum of 10 -15 years of sales experience out of which minimum of 5 years in Saudi.

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any IT related field or business administration

Experience in selling Systems Integration solutions or Services Provider solutions in Saudi market.

Preferred Certifications:

Any public cloud certification

Any sales certifications
