What you will do
The Business Development Manager, Service is a key role based out in Dubai and will directly report to the Associate Sales Director, Service. You will be part of an emergent team that is responsible for expanding the Building Technology Services footprint in GCC Market.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to support the sales team to generate demand of portfolio selling opportunities within Hospitality industry. You will focus on cross sell opportunity covering all JCI product portfolio (Digital, HVAC, Controls, Fire & Security).
How you will do it
As Business Development Manager you will use your strategic expertise and knowledge of key account management to drive our new service growth initiative in Hospitality in UAE market and potentially for GCC region. You will be also focused to ensure cross selling between Service LOBs (HVAC, Control, Fire, Security & Digital). You will ensure customer satisfaction with the sales team and support when needed, Articulate market information (market prices, volume, growth, competitor actions, etc.) and propose a growth action plan for your vertical to executive management.
As a Business Development Manager, you will execute the business development strategy and growth plan and effectively collaborate with internals team of sales, engineering, service & operations. You will be presenting JCI capabilities and service offerings to the key stakeholders and decision makers of the hospitality industry. Work seamlessly with sales and other support functions to analyze the markets and drive business expansion. You will be responsible for establishing framework agreements and MoUs within the Hospitality industry.
What we look for
Required
• Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or MBA
• Minimum 10 years in Business Development, or Sales for building technology solutions within UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Hospitality industry.
• Strong Market experience and strong market relation in the field of Building technologies in hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing end to end sales cycle
• Strong ability to create and implement strategic plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, communication abilities and strong presentation skills
