Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, the employee will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, projection for projects, forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects with creating strong economic and financial models. Moreover, we will count on the employee to use economic concepts, theories and analytical techniques to provide advice and practical information that will aid managerial planning and decision-making tasks. As well as, this position should support company’s business development in the region as needed.

Job Description:
- Directs, plans, and designs research to aid in interpretation of and solution of complex problems with economic
- relationships.
- Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
- Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
- Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
- Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes
- Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data
- Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends
- Studies economic and statistical data in area of specialization.
- Devises methods and procedures for collecting and processing data, utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and various econometric and sampling techniques.
- Reviews and analyzes economic data in order to prepare reports detailing results of investigation, and to stay abreast of economic changes.
- Directs the organization of data for reports of research findings.
- Formulates recommendations, policies, or plans to aid in market interpretation or solution of economic issues.
- Plan and develop projects activities with significant impact.
- Plan, organize, and supervise work
- Track leads for new business opportunities,
- provide assistance with Business Development efforts, as needed;
- Provide required support on identifying key client accounts and drawing up main actions required to maintain a high client satisfaction level,
- Support management team in the identification of potential new clients and ensuring appropriate actions are taken by key account managers for developing solid relationships;
- Ensure accuracy of the company’s data base of BD related activities and tools;
- Assist or lead involvement in community organizations and events, as needed;
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business finance, supporting economic studies, business development, client interaction and proposal writing, or other relevant experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data gathering skill
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance
- Ability to interact with clients on a regular basis
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in Economics or related field
