The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial- related activities of the company, this include the effective management and the operations of Warehouse to ensure effective and realistic warehouse inventory stock level with minimum cost.

Screening of new projects, defining project description & scope and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting cash flow & growth opportunities.

Takes an active role in the executive team of the company with regard to strategic planning and corporate level decision-making. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

 Develop and implement a risk management policy and ensure timely placement of insurance program.

 Ensure credibility, timely and accurate of financial information and management reporting data, including analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities

 Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting, manage cash flow planning process

 Oversee treasury activities and maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities provide recommendations on potential returns and risks and maintaining relationships with the banks

 Manage and provide leadership the Material and Warehouse to ensure that it operates at the most optimum level in terms of cost to the company, while ensuring that stock items are adequate for the smooth operations of the company

 Lead and manage regular audits through Continuous Inventory Verification (CIV), safeguard the warehouse operations and contents by leading and establishing a robust security and safety procedures and protocols
