Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Mathematics Teacher to teach Grades 3, 4, and 5. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for mathematics.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE, as applicable).
Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and experiential learning, to enhance students' understanding.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to track student progress.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
Utilize technology and interactive tools to make learning engaging.
Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student participation and collaboration.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education. A B.Ed. is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary grades, preferably in an international or CBSE/IB curriculum.
Strong understanding of child-centered teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.

Familiarity with CBSE curriculum (if applicable).
Experience in integrating STEM and digital tools into mathematics instruction.
