We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute leader to design and drive the evolution of our loyalty program and partnership ecosystem.

Step into a role where vision meets impact. You’ll design the blueprint of our loyalty program, shaping its architecture, crafting inspiring tier and currency strategies, and forging powerful partnerships that resonate around the world.

You’ll be the driving force behind the program’s evolution, aligning it with bold business ambitions, shifting market dynamics, and constantly evolving guest expectations.

Working at the crossroads of product innovation, strategic collaboration, and performance growth, you’ll partner with marketing, digital, finance, and commercial teams to elevate member experiences and unlock meaningful revenue through premium alliances.

About You:

Degree qualified, with significant experience in loyalty programs within aviation, financial services, hospitality, or retail sectors.

You will demonstrate at least 15 years of professional experience in loyalty programs or related fields such as product design or strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have proven ability to design and deliver modern loyalty propositions, develop and manage commercial partnerships, and driving business growth.
