We need Relationship Manager, Golden Bridge 
The Role
At Golden Bridge Real Estate LLC we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai's thriving real estate sector. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property acquisition process. Your expertise will help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. - Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide personalized property recommendations. - Present and promote our real estate projects to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and events. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. - Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients. - Prepare and maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders. - Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends in Dubai. - Must have a valid UAE driving license (if applicable). - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
