We need a Visual Merchandiser-Max Azaiba,

As Visual Merchandiser you will support the Visual Merchandising Manager to create vibrant and dynamic retail spaces that drive sales and enhance the brand and reputation. You will play a key role in Landmark's success which is based on the power of our people who thrive on challenges and growth, passion and compassion, intelligent risks and responsible decisions. Creating exceptional value for all lives we touch.

Deputise for and support the Visual Merchandise Manager in executing visual mechandising strategy to support sales and customer objectives

Work closely with the manager to plan and execute store commercialization and marketing plans

Measure the impact of merchandising action plans

Stay up to date with respect to competitors' activities

Supervise the work of the merchandising team

Exhibit and promote high standards of Visual Merchandising in store

Manage, monitor and support team recruitment & staff development to ensure the in store Visual Merchandising team are able to deliver Centrepoints merchandising standards, interior design, space planning and store layout and other Visual Merchandising technique

Work with the Mall and Department managers in determining specific Visual Merchandising needs

Create and execute/communicate seasonal guidelines and plan the displays based on new products and seasonal merchandise

Manage the brand presentation at external events
