Supply Chain Manager, Black Pearl Consult, Dubai, UAE

Job Description

Our client, a prominent automotive company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at streamlining supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics while ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain.

 

Key Responsibilities:
​

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.

- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to logistics.

- Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to align activities with company goals.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement enhancements.

- Select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Cultivate strong supplier relationships for timely and quality services.

- Optimize inventory levels to meet demand efficiently.

- Proactively identify and address supply chain risks.

 
Requirements


Qualifications:
​

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- With at least 3-5 years of work experience in OEM Automotive  as Supply Chain Manager

Skills:

- Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Capability to oversee complex logistics operations and effectively mitigate risks.

- Willingness to travel internationally extensively.
