The Sales & Group Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and managing group bookings for events and accommodations. This position involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring all logistical details are arranged. The coordinator works closely with other departments, such as catering, front office, and housekeeping, to ensure smooth execution of group events and stays. Responsibilities
1. Coordinate group bookings and events from initial inquiry to completion.
2. Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and secure group business.
4. Liaise with other departments to ensure all client requirements are met.
5. Maintain accurate records of group bookings and client interactions.
6. Handle all communication with clients, including answering inquiries and providing information.
7. Arrange and manage logistics for group arrivals, accommodations, and events.
8. Ensure all billing and payment processes are handled smoothly.
9. Monitor and respond to client feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Experience in sales, event planning, or group coordination in the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
