We need a Project Manager (Private Healthcare Facility Construction),
Seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Bahrain to oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects for private healthcare facilities. This field-based role requires local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with local authorities, designers, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Lead teams, manage risks, and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Relevant professional accreditation preferred (e.g., PMP, Bahrain Society of Engineers).
- Ideally 5-7 years' project management experience in Bahrain, in private healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s construction laws and permitting processes.
- Expertise in cost management, budgeting, and procurement.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Valid Bahrain driver’s license; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

- Proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

- القيام بزيارات ميدانية لمراقبة التقدم والجودة والامتثال للسلامة
- قيادة الفرق وإدارة المخاطر وضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشاريع
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات أو المساحة الكمية أو مجال ذي صلة
- يفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني مناسب (مثل PMP أو عضوية جمعية المهندسين البحرينية)
- 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع في البحرين، ويفضل في قطاع إنشاءات الرعاية الصحية الخاصة
- معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء وإجراءات التصاريح في البحرين
- خبرة في إدارة التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات والمشتريات
- رخصة قيادة سارية في البحرين؛ يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية

- لديه وعي تجاري، ودقيق، وموجه نحو تحقيق النتائج
