About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) Specialist to support their well intervention and drilling operations. As part of the company’s Flying Squad, you will be deployed to various locations worldwide, troubleshooting critical operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in coiled tubing drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise coiled tubing drilling operations, ensuring adherence to client safety and operational standards.
• Monitor and optimize drilling parameters to achieve well objectives efficiently.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide real-time solutions in high-priority projects.
• Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and post-job evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and improve CTD technologies and techniques.
• Train and mentor junior field personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate job reports, equipment logs, and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies and regulatory requirements.
• Be prepared for rapid deployment to different locations as part of the Flying Squad, providing expertise where it’s needed most.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in coiled tubing drilling operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of downhole tools, drilling fluids, and CTD equipment.
• Proficiency in real-time monitoring, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• IWCF Well Control Certification and relevant HSE training preferred.
• Ability to work in challenging field environments with a high level of adaptability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in diverse global locations as part of the Flying Squad.
