Property Management Officer, NAFFCO, Dubai, UAE

Job Description

    Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and meet tenant expectations.
    Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximizing occupancy rates.
    Conduct regular property inspections, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating timely repairs to enhance tenant satisfaction.
    Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving disputes promptly to foster a positive community atmosphere.
    Prepare and manage property budgets, tracking expenses and income to ensure financial targets are met.
    Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
    Maintain accurate records of property operations, financial transactions, and tenant communications for transparency and accountability.
    Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate service agreements that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
    Stay informed about market trends and property values, providing strategic insights to property owners for informed decision-making.
    Lead a team of maintenance and administrative staff, providing training and support to enhance overall property management effectiveness.


Desired Candidate Profile

    Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing residential or commercial properties.
    Proficiency in property management software and tools, enhancing operational efficiency and tenant communication.
    Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners, ensuring effective collaboration.
    Knowledge of local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
    Physical ability to conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring hands-on involvement where necessary
