Job Purpose

• Handle monthly end to end payroll process, salary reports, Coordinate with GOSI dept on Indemnity payments, Life & Medical Insurance and carry out other associated payroll and employee database HRIS activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1- Payroll and Compensation Administration

• Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions and benefits administration including final settlement preparation.
• Overtime, loan administration, allowance administration.
• Coordinate with employees on payroll-related issues, reduce errors and ensuring on time delivery and error-free payroll administration.
• Preparing payroll reports [ Monthly, quarterly], reconciliations, GOSI invoice and coordinate with other branches.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, leave data and personal information administration, employee letters administration.
• Collaborating finance departments to integrate payroll and employee data & Finance Audit.
• Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and employee status changes in the HR system.
• Coordinate with GOSI office on Indemnity, LMRA wages Protection reports verification and reconciliation including and other government related correspondence.
• Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.

2-Benefit Administration

• Support annual life & medical insurance administration including analysis, vendor verification and employee medical insurance claim administration.
• Liaison with Corporate bank representatives for assistance on online process.
• Employee health club payment administration.
• Employee site allowance/hardship Allowance verification and support to employees for required approvals.

3- Employee HRIS Payroll Database Management

• Regular updates of active existing employee database for Designation/department/Div/promotions, transfers and reporting manager etc. on HRIS system Workday.
• Any other HR related activities as and when assigned.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Accounting or equivalent stream.
• Minimum 5 years of Payroll process across Middle East including processing of Employee final settlement calculations / multicurrency’s / HR system.
• Exposure of processing salaries for at least 400 to 500 employees across middle east region.
• Good knowledge in Middle East Labor / GOSI regulation.

Required Competencies / Skills

• Extensively worked on Excel – applying formulas, linking sheets, calculations etc.
• Responsible for managing and processing organization’s payroll.
• Attention to detail, mathematical abilities, maintain confidentiality, problem-solving skills & work under pressure.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems with experience implementing and managing payroll systems.
• Time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines, manage multiple priorities and strong Analytical skills.
• Excellent bilingual [ English & Arabic] communication literacy and interpersonal skills, interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
