ATM Coordinator

Qatar

Parsons is seeking for an amazingly talented ATM (Approval to Mobilize) Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible as the primary point of contact between candidates, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and facilitating smooth mobilization processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and format candidate resumes for submission to clients.
• Coordinate with candidates to gather necessary documents for submission.
• Ensure candidate qualifications match client requirements before submission.
• Upload candidate documents and resumes for client review and approval.
• Follow up on approval statuses and arrange client interviews.
• Serve as the point of contact between the project candidates and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain open and clear communication with other Managers regarding revisions, updates, changes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• B.S. degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably within the construction, or engineering sectors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
