Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities    Join RICS as an Assessment Administrator, where you will support the critical processes of assessing, admitting, and transferring trainees and candidates eager to become qualified RICS professionals. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive administrative checks, input assessment data, and manage plagiarism checks to uphold the integrity of the qualification process.
• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for pre-assessment centers to ensure smooth operation and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate effectively with both finance and external stakeholders to manage assessment logistics and resolve any related enquiries.
• Maintain and secure sensitive and financial information in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Represent RICS at various assessments, providing outstanding service and support to both assessors and candidates.
About You    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional data entry skills ensuring high accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities, capable of supporting and managing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and effective relationship-building with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Flexible and eager to learn, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
