The Technical Writer will play a critical role in creating comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our digital solutions. This includes technical manuals, user guides, training materials, and integration documentation to support both technical teams and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation Development:

Develop detailed technical documentation for system architecture, workflows, and processes.

Create clear and concise user manuals and technical guides for web and mobile applications.

Integration and API Documentation:

Document integration workflows, API endpoints, and database configurations to support development teams and external partners.

Collaboration with Technical Teams:

Work closely with developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure documentation aligns with system design and functionality.

Gather insights from technical teams to update and maintain accurate documentation throughout development cycles.

User-Friendly Content Creation:

Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for non-technical audiences.

Develop training materials, FAQs, and quick-reference guides to support end-user adoption.

Documentation Maintenance:

Ensure documentation remains up-to-date with the latest system updates, workflows, and integrations.

Continuously improve content quality by incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in software development, IT consulting, or digital solutions.

Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and APIs.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, Adobe Acrobat, or other documentation tools.

Experience documenting web and mobile applications, integration workflows, and system processes.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.

Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and consulting environments.
