Job Role: Investment Manager – Real Estate Development

About the Role:
Estative is looking for a skilled and strategic **Investment Manager** to lead the development and execution of investment plans focused on real estate development projects. This role requires expertise in analyzing opportunities, managing investment portfolios, and driving growth for our clients and company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, financial strategy, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement **strategic investment plans** for real estate development projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and stakeholders to structure investment deals.
- Manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and returns.
- Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial models, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies in all transactions.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record in creating and managing successful investment plans.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and investment landscape.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- CFA certification or equivalent is a plus.
