We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Lead for a site based role near Tabuk. The successful candidate would be working closely with the Client to maintain and continuously develop and improve the Risk Management System on renewable energy projects with a focus on Hydrogen. The initial duration will be 10 month assignment.
Your new role, what's involved?
Maintain and continuously develop and improve the Risk Management System.
Develop risk management methodology, necessary structures, and documentation as part of the overall management system.
Develop and maintain Risk Registers, containing business related risks and projects’ risks.
Implement segregation of risks according to risks breakdown structure.
Facilitate qualitative and quantitative evaluation of risks and opportunities.
Develop tools, techniques, approaches necessary for effective risk management of the Hydrogen projects and functional areas.
Provide comprehensive and continuous support to Project Management Teams, Project Managers, Functional Directors, and their teams to identify, evaluate and maintain the risks.
Propose risk mitigation measures and assess and evaluate risk mitigation plans and allocated budgets.
Escalate critical risks to Risk Management Committee of H2 and NEOM.
Prepare reports and presentations for Risk Management Committees.
Control implementation of mitigation actions, organize reassessment of risks after these actions are implemented.
Develop Risk Management electronic management platform.
Organize and lead risk evaluation brainstorming sessions with functional leads, projects’ directors.
Provide training on Risk Management Methodology.
Develop necessary presentations and information notes.
Develop necessary reports on Risk Management system development to top management as required.
Assist project managers to improve performance and efficiency.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience Minimum
Previous Hydrogen or green fuel experience would be an advantage
Day to day reporting to PMO Manager
Weekly/bi-weekly & monthly reports
Developed Risk strategy and registers for each project and for Hydrogen business
