This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:
Accountable for ensuring that the Concierge, and Accommodation services are delivered to the agreed standard across the program with support and input from the QIC & Delivery Teams as required.
Create a centralized approach to onboarding and offboarding employees through the coordination of flights, transfers, ground transportation and mobility related activities.
Set the processes to provide a cohesive ‘Qiddiya experience’ bringing with it efficiencies of scale and also the opportunity for program-level commercial agreements with travel and service companies where possible.
Develop a centralized suite of services and initial service level standards to ensure that employees and their dependents receive a high level of support and begin a successful settling in period at the employment location.
Work in partnership with the Delivery Teams Government Relations to understand and plan program-level visa requirements and ensure that applications can be managed in the most efficient manner possible.
Work with QIC to coordinate support in obtaining block visas where possible and manage the program-level risk assessment in relation to Nitaqat quotas.
Regularly measure employee feedback on their experiences and develop a model for continuous improvement.
Explore innovations that create efficiencies in process, communications and enhance overall user experience in support of project support services, mindful of cost vs value to program and employee.
Manage and develop a small team of professionals providing services across the function.
Performs other responsibilities, such as participating in corporate working groups, associated with this position as may be appropriate.
You’ll need to have:
Maintains global mobility templates (including contract templates) for assigned multi-country regions.
Checks and approves all generated international assignment contract, before issuing.
Manages right to work compliances in assigned multi-country regions.
Ensures social compliance (medical, statutory pension) in host country locations.
Manages day-to-day global mobility query resolutions, escalating queries, where required.
Coordinates global mobility activities with Tax, Payroll, HR Services and Finance in order to ensure on time and in full global mobility service delivery.
Develops & maintains a series of both internal and external key relationships.
Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.
Provides comprehensive technical/functional expertise to support delivery of strategy and ensure processes are delivered in accordance with compliance and regulations.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll also have:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and work experience, in human resources, employee mobility, onboarding and recruitment.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment that involved working with internal and external stakeholders and business leaders with a developed understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use leading HR systems. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Experience engaging with service providers and negotiating contracts. Experience in establishing and operating an onboarding function for a large organization with a customer service mindset. Local experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
