Our Structural Design team currently seeks a Principal Engineer to join our successful Buildings Structures design team and coordinate the completion of high-quality structural designs on multiple building projects for multiple projects in the region.
Your new role, what's involved?
Create and develop high-quality structural designs for various building projects, utilizing concrete, steel, and other materials as necessary.
Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant design codes, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
Learn and apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles to enhance the quality and efficiency of design processes.
Take full responsibility for your work, including self-review and collaboration with colleagues for peer review.
Supervise, coordinate, and provide support to Engineers and BIM Technicians in the Middle East and India to ensure project success.
Support the construction phase of projects by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), contractor submittals, and client design changes. This may involve on-site visits as needed.
Embed Health & Safety practices into all work activities in alignment with company policies. Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years experience in structural design
Design experience in both steel and concrete
Experience in local UAE and KSA design codes
Relevant Degree
