About the role
We are currently recruiting a People Relations Specialist to join the BFL Group HR team, KSA based office. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of HR people operations, with previous experience managing HR matters for a large workforce.
Responsibilities
Maintain records concerning personnel-related data such as transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism & warnings
Issue warnings based on the internal sanction list
Assist in the off-boarding process & formalities
Process the probationary reviews, employee evaluations & terminations
Manage the verification and approval of timekeeping & attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Ensure the application of Labor Law through all daily transactions
Qualifications
Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar field
Valid KSA driving license
Proven ability to work with data using Excel,
Previous Retail industry experience preferred
Fluent English communication
