3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:
Proven category leadership
Exposure to attractive end-markets
Innovation mindset driving improved patient outcomes
Collaborative customer relationships
Deep global regulatory experience
Operational excellence and strong cash flow
Strong sales growth and profitability with significant recurring sales
We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of Q1 2024. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Activation Marketing Specialist at Medical Solutions Division/ Middle East Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Being responsible for various marketing activities for a Brand, product, portfolio. Providing input to management that may impact how financial resources are generated or spent.
Working tasks might include:
Actively contribute to the development of marketing plans
Uses data to accurately analyse market coverage and track channel performance.
Analyse customer database to identity opportunities and communicate them to sales representatives.
Coordinate with internal and external teams the execution of brand and/or product marketing programs or digital programs.
Provide price competitive analysis and recommends pricing changes when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements and reporting regarding working with customers.
Project lead for product information, digital asset, website or mobile app, channel and e-commerce, sales productivity, intranet operations, etc.
Providing advice, usually involving the explanation and discussion of difficult information directly related to the professional discipline. Demonstrating advanced influencing skills and ability to balance differing interests and perspectives.
Willingness to be on-call (interest question)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
Intermediate to advanced experience in portfolio marketing, product marketing, and/or product management within the medical devices industry.
Ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with all relevant functions.
Location of the position: United Arab Emirates, Dubai
Relocation package: is not authorized for this position
Type of Work: Hybrid
Travel: up to 30 % of Domestic/International
