Job description

To achieve better market coverage of the UAE market and grow the Oil free air business, Oil free air division is seeking recruitment of a dedicated Oil Free Air Sales Engineer.

 

This sales engineer will handle the territory of Northern Emirates Region.

 

Reporting to the Oil Free Air Business Line Manager, your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development and territory coverage.

 

The main responsibilities of the required position are;

Implementation of OFA division market strategy
To meet the sales targets set by the line manager
Develop business for the full oil free product portfolio
Create and develop replacements in the territory of Northern Emirates .
To create new customers by evaluating customer applications & offering solutions best suited to meet Atlas Copco’s goal of "sustainable productivity"
To provide timely and accurate sales and market information including competition development & activities
To enhance and develop a good working relation with customers and colleagues
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving agreed business aims.
Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including the visits recording, and action reports using C4C (including lost reports)
Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction.
 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Knowledge

Knowledge of the UAE Market.
Knowledge of compressors and compressed air applications.
Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English.
Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools & presentation skills is required.
Knowledge of Arabic will be considered as additional plus.
 

Personality requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven sales experience of Air compressors of minimum 3 years.
Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
Eager to learn & adapt
Result oriented
Customer centric
Able to work with sales and budget forecasts
Meet stiff targets & deadlines & work under pressure.
