The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Regional Shopper Marketer for Homecare / Middle East Africa, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Drive demand generation at the local layer. Define local integrated tactics, execute end-customer communication in alignment with campaign objectives and track outcomes.
Understand Shopper profiles and activate marketing programs to increase our Household Penetration across the region.
Utilize data (point-of-sales, category data, campaign analytics) to identify growth opportunities, devise customer targeting strategies, optimize campaign performance and for marking informed decisions.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement channel marketing programs, promotions, content syndication, by working together with internal & external stakeholders.
Voice of market, ideas, local needs for new products and participate on area NPI teams, as needed.
Provide local market and competitive intelligence to the regional & area teams for marketing planning and program development.
Enhance sales partnership and engagement. Deliver programs, sales aids and contents to Partners, and work in close alignment with them to engage customers.
Achieve service levels required by customers through demand planning excellence.
Assess capabilities of channel partners to develop eCommerce strategy, where needed.
Support corporate change management initiatives.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the Consumer market
Demonstrable evidence of strategic and tactical thinking and planning
Ability to forge strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders
Experience in marketing plan execution and delivery
Proficiency in English spoken and written
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Previous experience in Retail Account Management, Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing strongly preferred
Curious, growth mindset
Ability to manage diverse workloads and prioritize
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude
