We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead design initiatives in the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects, with a specific emphasis on Abu Dhabi, and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our multidisciplinary WSP teams.
As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the leadership and execution of design projects in the transportation and infrastructure sector. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of projects across the Middle East, with a key focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in Abu Dhabi. Your experience in project management, particularly in the Middle East, will be crucial to ensuring the success of our endeavors. Familiarity with master planning is highly advantageous, and you will be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of our multidisciplinary WSP team.
Your new role, what's involved?
Project Leadership:
Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of design projects in transportation and infrastructure.
Provide strategic guidance to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirementMiddle East Expertise:
Leverage your extensive background in project management within the Middle East to navigate regional challenges and foster strong client relationships.
Oversee project compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Abu Dhabi Focus:
Direct efforts towards projects based in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with client expectations and local considerations.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Abu Dhabi to optimize project outcomes.
Master Planning Integration:
Apply your expertise in master planning to enhance the design process and overall project success.
Collaborate with the WSP team to integrate master planning principles into multidisciplinary projects.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate the multidisciplinary WSP team, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
10 years minimum professional experience.
Proven track record in project management within the transportation and infrastructure sector, with significant experience in the Middle East.
Experience in conceptual design, detailed design and working within large multidisciplinary design teams.
Experience in master planning is highly advantageous.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team effectively.
Abu Dhabi experience.
