Role Summary
The team is looking for a Manager - Special Projects who is responsible for monitoring and managing the progress of various existing and on-going projects with the relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they are completed as per desired timelines as well as overseeing the performance of the assigned projects post-implementation. The Manager - Special Projects also ensures liaising with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for new projects and devise plans and strategy to leverage the same.
What’s On Your Plate?
Building project charter including, defining project scope and objectives and building project plans and RACIs
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, using the appropriate project management methodologies
Support the team by helping to identify solutions, prioritize, schedule, and flag items that are blocked
Stakeholder management
Managing all project communications and performance reporting, providing regular updates to management on status and blockers
Ensuring delivery across multiple teams and initiatives
Assess feasibility, impact and commercials of new opportunities and initiatives
Explore and propose initiatives focusing on enhancing customer experience, sales and operational efficiencies
What Did We Order?
At least 5 years previous program management or project management experience; Advantage to have experience in e-commerce or food/tech business / Retails / FMCG
Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration
Experience seeing and delivering projects through the full life cycle
Proven ability to complete and deliver projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Attention to detail, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials
Solution and results-driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and manage change
Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources
