Do you want to boost your career in Corporate Affairs in a dynamic and global FMCG company? ? If so, you could become our Corporate Affairs Specialist for our UAE markets. In this challenging job you will work out of our Sharjah office in and you will report to our Regulatory Affairs Manager.
In this role your key responsibilities will be as below:
Internal Communication
- Partner with HR team on the development of communication to improve employee pride and engagement via internal communication channels & relevant initiatives.
- Promote Arla as a great place to work via engaging employee communications and events.
External Communication
- Ensuring all company position statements are current and reflective of global positions.
- Support the initiative of Arla Food Moovers
Sustainability
- Support the implementation of UOQ strategy, which aligns with global and regional strategic frameworks.
Government Relations / Public Affairs
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant government authorities
- Participate in Government Relations programs that influence key policies that impact our business, and proactively address regulatory issues.
To be successful in this role, candidate should have
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field
- Prior experience within the FMCG/Pharma/Agency industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within
- Diverse organizations and teams
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
