The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to work within a PMO team on a large mixed-use residential lead masterplan in Abu Dhabi. The masterplan development will also hold hotels, retail, and commercial units.
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establishing program reporting process including requirements, cadence, and formats.
Developing and implementing standard procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
Managing quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
Managing the performance of direct reports in the reporting team.
Coordinating the reporting process with other functional leads.
Managing the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
Developing requirements for Power BI dashboards and working with the technical team to ensure the dashboards are delivered to requirements.
Managing the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
Organising and facilitating governance meetings.

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead support to strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
