The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to work within a PMO team on a complex masterplan program in Dubai. The development will hold residential, hotels, retail, and commercial units.
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
Your responsibilities will include:
Applying a structured methodology to track and report change across a major master-planned programme.
Developing and supporting the roll-out of the change management process and procedures across all stages of delivery through the supply chain.
Supporting the client and PMC project control teams in managing the change control process against the scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
Advising the PMO and client leadership team as to the status of change, the blockers, and action holders.
Developing and establishing the client change management system processes and procedures, guidance, and templates.
Coordinating changes within the PMO, to ensure that scope, cost, schedule, and controls are reporting consistently.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
