We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Executive to join our dynamic team at Al Haktur IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data while maintaining a high level of efficiency. The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update data into databases and other software systems.
Ensure the completeness and correctness of information by performing regular quality checks.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry processes.
Organize and archive data for easy retrieval.
Data Quality Assurance:
Conduct routine audits to identify and rectify errors in the data.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
Adherence to Policies:
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and information management.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
