Job description • Generate building finish leads & monitor the progression of leads to completion.
• Liaise with, contractors & application teams to assure better leads management in the building finishes domain align with company strategy.
• achieving sales goals and quotas for Tile Adhesive in addition to all building finish products.
• Contribute to the acquiring of new customers for tile adhesive and finishing products by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
Responsibilities • Actively Participate in setting & implementing processes that will deliver the HSE standards set by the Group & embodied in the ROCK.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to improve the sales of Al Gurg Fosroc Tile Adhesives products. & identify their needs and requirements.
• Achieve the annual budget for the building finish business that aligns with the company's growth plan and considers the size of the market
• Provides support to customers and resolves problems.
• Increase the market share of the Tile Adhesive products group and grow the awareness for building finish business align with company strategy.
search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in Al Gurg Fosroc Tile Adhesives products.
• Build relationships with clients, and potential business associates to promote Al Gurg Fosroc Tile Adhesives products.
• Manage & conduct the sales as per the company’s business plan with allocated customer base in line with the set targets, objectives, and authority limits.
• Produce weekly report action plan to the line manager on weekly Action plan, target customer list and key moves
• Produce monthly report (CRM) on past performance against budget and report on competition, key market information’s and any complaints from customers.
• Coordinate with Credit Control team to ensure that all invoices have been booked by the customers and payment collected on time.
• Co-ordinate between the Production and Customer Services Teams to ensure that the customers’ needs are understood and satisfied.
• identify potential leads through various channels, including projects Contractor, Applicator, and developer.
• expands Al Gurg Fosroc customer base in Tile adhesive and finishing products
• Forecast demand in terms of product, volume, and quantities monthly & report them to line manager.
• Co-ordinate between the sales and account departments to ensure that debtors’ days are well within the company’s limits.
• Generate leads of tile adhesive and building finish and establish client relationships.
Skills required 2-5 years’ experience in construction chemical in general and tile adhesive.
Product and technical knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Competent with Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Numerate with strong analytical skills
Educational requirements B.S Degree in Civil or Architect Engineering
